Literacy Council of Washington County to Offer Tutor Training Workshops: Sept. 29 & Oct. 6 at Benevola United Methodist Church from 9 am-3:30 pm

 

Would you like to help someone who is struggling to read? How about boosting someone’s confidence by helping them learn to speak English?

The Literacy Council of Washington County promotes literacy by providing free individualized reading and writing instruction to non-readers and low-level readers, and conversational skills to the non-English speaking community.

Become a certified volunteer tutor by attending a 2-Day tutor training workshop Sept. 29 & Oct. 6 at Benevola United Methodist Church from 9 am-3:30 pm.
